A model from Utive Models Agency was chosen from a group of the most beautiful Eastern European models as Miss Szikagowianka 2008.
On March 29th, twelve extraordinary ladies took the stage at the Copernicus Center in Chicago, Illinois with the hope of becoming the next Miss Szikagowianka. The competition consisted of a question and answer session and of several high-energy performances. The performances included a fashion show featuring couture evening gowns, a short musical about a day in the fashion capital of the world – Paris and a dance routine featuring professional dancers. Four models from Utive Models Agency took part in the competition. The models were Jagoda Fedan, Monika Koziobrodka, Nina Baprawska-Kwiatkowska and Ania Regiec. All of the contestants maintained their composure under the immense pressure but only one would receive the title of Miss Szikagowianka 2008. The decision was up to a twelve-member jury, which consisted of sponsors, journalists, photographers, make-up artists and representatives from the fashion and entertainment industries. After a long deliberation the jury came to a decision. Miss Szikagowianka 2008 was Utive model Nina Baprawska-Kwiatkowska! Nina won the jury over with her grace, amazing beauty and vibrant personality. All of the contestants were winners that evening. Sponsors handed out various gifts and prizes to all of the contestants.

Utive Models Agency awarded one lucky contestant with a certificate for a photo shoot at Utive Studios. The lucky contestant was Laura Silva. Her unique beauty and bubbly personality made it easy for Utive Models Agency to award her with the certificate. The night was full of excitement not only for the contestants but also for the audience. Journalists, media crews and photographers were on-hand to document this elegant event.
